Experience

Parlay
Until now, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions were specific to consumers. As a founding member of the Parlay team, this is something I helped change. Working hand-in-hand with the dev team, we built a new payment experience that the world has never seen. During my time at Parlay, I also:
– Helped build a world-class machine learning, automated underwriting solution
– Developed key partnerships with software sellers and 3rd party service providers
– Led all domestic and international marketing and sales efforts
– Developed and executed company R&D strategies
– Oversaw product development
Senior Director of Marketing & Customer Experience
Anglepoint
Anglepoint is a fast-growing B2B organization that provides technical services to the world’s largest organizations. Since I started with Anglepoint in 2016, I have been responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of all global marketing strategies and key initiatives, with a focus on driving rapid growth and transforming a traditionally viewed cost center into a data-proven profit center. Directly reporting to the C-level, I have worn many hats and accomplished much over the past 5 years, including the following examples:
– Built a new marketing program from the ground up that successfully operates on a global level, supporting employees in various countries and driving business around the world
– Led the company through a complete 360-degree rebrand
– Drastically increased monthly website traffic and drove thousands of new MQLs and SQLs each year, resulting in millions of dollars in annual marketing-generated revenue
– Built successful global content marketing and thought leadership programs that were praised in Gartner’s Critical Capabilities report
– Started an SDR program that generated over $1.5M in its first year
– Helped Anglepoint claim the number one leadership position in our industry (four years running) as recognized in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant Reports
– Developed and managed large budgets that resulted in a 16x return on marketing spend
– Researched, selected, and implemented a new sales and marketing automation platform that integrated with the existing technology stack
– Helped find, design, and launch 3 new offices
– Established a successful Account-based Marketing program
– Overhauled and improved our CRM use and sophistication
– Designed and launched a new L&D program
– Established and managed a new CX department to improve customer experience and increase retention rates and CLTV
– Organized and managed multiple internal and external events of various sizes that quickly became a top lead driver

08/2013 – 02/2014

– Owning and implementing all marketing strategies and key initiatives
– Generating consistent growth through various mediums and methods
– Developing and managing the company website
– Creating and implementing a successful SEO strategy
– Building brand awareness and advocacy
– Managing the company events plan
– Overseeing social media marketing Creating various forms of marketing and sales materials
Marketing Manager
Fieldstone Homes
03/2014 – 10/2014
With no official marketing program, Fieldstone was performing some marketing functions, but with little organization and no ownership. It was my task to clean house and create beauty from the chaos. Because of the lack of any marketing leadership above me, I was given a unique opportunity to build and manage an entire marketing department at a relatively young age. At Fieldstone I was accountable for everything marketing. From budget proposals and strategy development to hands-on implementation and reporting.
Within a short amount of time, I was able to create templates, standardizations, and processes that were instrumental in driving considerable growth with clear and measurable attribution to marketing initiatives. Although my time at Fieldstone was relatively short, I was able to drive millions of dollars in new home construction revenue.
Content Marketer
Deseret Book
12/2012 – 11/2013
At Deseret Book, I was responsible for creating various types of advertising campaigns, developing content marketing materials, managing and growing the corporate YouTube channel, and measuring the impact it had on the organization. Unfortunately, after about one year, the company experienced some difficult times and I was part of mass layoffs. Nevertheless, it was a great experience working at Deseret Book.
